A Typical Day...

6.45 AM - Optional Morning Beach Walk

Start your day with a self-guided beach walk. We recommend silence for this walk.

7:30 AM - Healthy Breakfast

8:30 AM - Morning Exercise

Revitalize your body and mind with Yoga or Strength based Pilates to awaken, strengthen, and center yourself.

10:00 AM - Morning Snack

10.30 AM - Mindset & Behaviour Change Workshops

Restructure your relationship to joy, health and self leadership.

12:30 PM - Lunch

Afternoon - Free Time

Relax and recharge your way

Lounge poolside - Walk on the beach - Book a treatment - Journal, read or simply unwind.

4:00 PM - Nervous System Reset

Enjoy a restorative session to release stress and deeply unwind.

Meditation, breathwork, a bath house experience, chi gong, or group energy healing.

Inclusions

  • Daily Strength Based Pilates and Yoga: A mixture of movement designed to support strength and fitness.

  • Gourmet Meals and Beverages: All meals, snacks and beverages are included. (No caffeine or alcohol will be served at this retreat - These are stimulating to the body and our aim is to calm the nervous system to support sleep and minimize stress.)

  • 6 Nights Luxurious Accommodation: Bright, light filled luxury accommodation in the heart of Torquay.

  • Daily Afternoon Nervous System Reset: Deepen awareness, release stress and reconnect with yourself. This will include meditation, breathwork, qi gong and somatic practices.

  • Daily 90 minute Mindset & Behaviour Change Workshops: Transformative sessions with Michele to help you shift habits, align with your purpose, and create real change.

  • Daily Beach Walks: Mindful morning walks to reconnect with nature and revitalize your energy.

  • ‘About Time’ Bathhouse Experience (90 mins): A soul-nourishing visit with magnesium pools, ice baths, infrared saunas and steam room to restore your body on a cellular level.

  • Optional Add-Ons (extra cost): Enhance your retreat with massage, energy healing, reiki, surfing lessons or extra PT sessions. Please book with Michele prior to the retreat.
