Start your day with a self-guided beach walk. We recommend silence for this walk.

  • Daily Strength Based Pilates, Weight and Circuit Training, Box and HIIT: A mixture of movement designed to support strength and fitness.

  • Gourmet Meals and Beverages: All meals, snacks and beverages are included. (No caffeine or alcohol will be served at this retreat - These are stimulating to the body and our aim is to calm the nervous system to support sleep and minimize stress.)

  • 6 Nights Luxurious Accommodation: Bright, light filled luxury accommodation in the heart of Torquay.

  • Daily Afternoon Nervous System Reset: Deepen awareness, release stress and reconnect with yourself. This will include meditation, breathwork, qi gong and somatic practices.

  • Daily 90 minute Mindset & Behaviour Change Workshops: Transformative sessions with Michele to help you shift habits, align with your purpose, and create real change.

What kind of movement is included? Is it suitable for all levels?

Yes — and it’s designed to meet you exactly where you’re at. Each morning starts with a 1-hour coastal walk to energise and ground you, followed by a 90-minute strength-based session that blends weight training, Pilates, boxing and HIIT. This is functional, sustainable movement that builds strength, supports joint health, and boosts your energy and vitality — without pushing you past your limits. It’s the exact structure I’ve followed for the past 18 months, and it’s completely transformed my body, my energy and my mindset.

Why do you include daily nervous system repair instead of more exercise?

Because more exercise isn’t always the answer — especially when you’re already running on empty. Stress lives in the body, and if your nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight, no amount of training will create real, lasting change. That’s why each afternoon includes a full nervous system reset using breathwork, meditation, Chi Kung and somatic healing. These sessions are designed to gently shift you out of survival mode and into a state where your body can finally feel safe to rest, release, recalibrate — and heal. This is where the deep work happens.
