Daily Strength Based Pilates and Yoga: A mixture of movement designed to support strength and fitness.
Gourmet Meals and Beverages: All meals, snacks and beverages are included. (No caffeine or alcohol will be served at this retreat - These are stimulating to the body and our aim is to calm the nervous system to support sleep and minimize stress.)
