Hello, I am

I believe we are co-creators of life - and that our missions often choose us long before we consciously choose them.

I’ve had the honour of moving through experiences that arrived as chaos - each one inviting deep discomfort and ultimately demanding a new way of being.

Five years ago, I separated from a long-term marriage. That chapter, along with several others before and after it, initiated profound processes of self-discovery, healing, and reinvention - each one reshaping how I understood myself, my capacity, and my purpose.

The seasons that followed were not easy.
But they offered wisdom, resilience, and perspective that could not have been learned any other way.

Through lived experience and ongoing research into human behaviour, neuroscience, and our capacity to co-create, I developed the MEGA SELF Method™ and The Serotonin Shift - frameworks that has supported both myself and many others to move beyond survival and coping, and into versions of ourselves that are regulated, empowered, and aligned with optimal wellbeing.


This is the energetic vibration from which we are able to do our most impactful work.

I know what it feels like to reach rock bottom.
And I know what it takes to rebuild from within.

I also understand that stepping into the next level of the impact we are here to create requires an inward turn - not more effort, but deeper regulation, greater capacity, and the worthiness to hold what is available to us.

When this inner work is avoided, we don’t simply fall short — we sabotage. Quietly and repeatedly.

We over-effort, self-abandon, and recreate the same ceilings in different forms.

This work is rooted in The Serotonin Shift — a recalibration from dopamine-driven hustle and survival into balanced serotonin, nervous system regulation, emotional coherence, and sustainable performance.

I created the MEGA SELF™ Methodology and the 8 Wonders of Wellbeing to support humanity’s evolution — moving from a dopamine-driven society of constant pursuit and performance to a serotonin-anchored way of living, where calm, connection, and coherence guide how we live, lead, and thrive.

Born out of my own journey through breakdown and rebirth, these practices first emerged as the exact tools that helped me rebuild from the inside out.

Over time, they evolved into a proven framework for self-leadership, emotional regulation, and behaviour change.

The MEGA SELF™ Method weaves together the 8 Wonders of Wellbeing, each activating a serotonergic effect within the body — the chemistry of calm, connection, and contentment — to create sustainable, inside-out change.

I integrate these principles into everything I offer and teach — from organisational change and cultural evolution to Changing Habits Retreats, the Midlife Recode Coaching Program, as well as keynotes and wellbeing workshops.
