I’ve had the honour of moving through experiences that arrived as chaos - each one inviting deep discomfort and ultimately demanding a new way of being.
Five years ago, I separated from a long-term marriage. That chapter, along with several others before and after it, initiated profound processes of self-discovery, healing, and reinvention - each one reshaping how I understood myself, my capacity, and my purpose.
The seasons that followed were not easy.
But they offered wisdom, resilience, and perspective that could not have been learned any other way.
Through lived experience and ongoing research into human behaviour, neuroscience, and our capacity to co-create, I developed the MEGA SELF Method™ and The Serotonin Shift - frameworks that has supported both myself and many others to move beyond survival and coping, and into versions of ourselves that are regulated, empowered, and aligned with optimal wellbeing.
This is the energetic vibration from which we are able to do our most impactful work.
I know what it feels like to reach rock bottom.
And I know what it takes to rebuild from within.
I also understand that stepping into the next level of the impact we are here to create requires an inward turn - not more effort, but deeper regulation, greater capacity, and the worthiness to hold what is available to us.
