Hello, I am

I’ve had the honour of moving through many experiences that arrived as chaos — each one evoking deep discomfort from within.

Five years ago, I separated from a long-term marriage. That chapter, and several before it, initiated unexpected processes of self-discovery, healing, and reinvention — each one reshaping who I understood myself to be.

The seasons that followed were challenging, yet they gifted me wisdom, resilience, and perspective.

Over time, I developed The MEGA SELF Method — a framework that has supported myself and many others to move beyond discomfort and into versions of ourselves that are empowered and aligned to optimal wellbeing.

I know what it feels like to hit rock bottom.
And I know what it takes to rebuild from within.

I also understand what it means to cultivate inner leadership through practical, lifestyle-based tools that invite us to explore a new paradigm of empowerment and collective wellbeing — one rooted in balanced serotonin, emotional regulation, and self-leadership.

Through The MEGA SELF Method and the principles within The Serotonin Shift, I partner with future-focused schools, organisations, and leaders to design cultures of wellbeing and emotional intelligence from within — guiding individuals and teams toward coherence and the biology of calm.

As the creator of The MEGA SELF Method, I translate the neuroscience of behaviour change, emotional regulation, and lifestyle medicine into practical frameworks that help leaders, educators, and wellbeing innovators evolve consciously — moving from reaction to reflection, burnout to belonging, and working less while achieving more.

My mission is to partner with forward-thinking individuals, schools and organisations who recognise that the future of wellbeing lies in emotional regulation, inner alignment, cohesive cultures, and a renewed relationship with the life force of nature — the living intelligence that sustains all wellbeing.

Born out of my own journey through breakdown and rebirth, these practices first emerged as the exact tools that helped me rebuild from the inside out.
