I’ve had the honour of moving through many experiences that arrived as chaos — each one evoking deep discomfort from within.
Five years ago, I separated from a long-term marriage. That chapter, and several before it, initiated unexpected processes of self-discovery, healing, and reinvention — each one reshaping who I understood myself to be.
The seasons that followed were challenging, yet they gifted me wisdom, resilience, and perspective.
Over time, I developed The MEGA SELF Method — a framework that has supported myself and many others to move beyond discomfort and into versions of ourselves that are empowered and aligned to optimal wellbeing.
I know what it feels like to hit rock bottom.
And I know what it takes to rebuild from within.
